**Q: what comes in the box? mine came with one dowel and the block. Nothing else.**
A: We are sorry you did not receive a complete EZ Bow Maker. You should have the base, 4 dowels and an instruction booklet. If you could provide us with your mailing address we will provide you with the missing items.

**Q: Does this EZ Bowz maker come with the flower maker?**
A: No, it does not come with the flower maker.

**Q: Why is this delux?  the answer that it depends on who is selling the 34.99 vs. 24.99 does not make sense because they are both sold here on amazon.**
A: The original EZ bow maker, which is no longer made or sold new, only had 2 tall spindles at the center for tying bows. The Deluxe version has a third, short spindle that allows for additional bow tying methods.

**Q: What wire works best with this? Size and color?**
A: It is better to choose a color for the tape so that it is invisible. The wire must be durable. 16 '' per bow.
