The 2:1 pulley ratio makes 100lbs feel like 50. You will regret buying less weight than the 370lbs. Assembly was very easy to understand and the step by step packaging of the hardware made it a breeze. I assembled it alone and it might have taken me 3 hours. Definitely would be faster and easier with assistance though. I’ve had this machine almost a week and find myself getting lost on it for hours per evening exploring all the different options available with it. Ever. *by A***R on June 3, 2025* This is an absolutely beautiful machine. Some Highlights: It was easy to construct. The tools and parts are well packaged and easy to assemble. My favorite part is that the nuts and bolts were divided into sub sections per part of the construction process. This alone made me a diehard RItFit customer moving forward. It looks great. The weights have clean lines and functional bumpers. The bars are chrome with great gripping ability. The fully built machine is sturdy and doesn’t rattle. It looks like a professional grade piece of equipment. Arguably better than some gyms. It works great. Every piece works well. The cable and aluminum pulley system is smooth with no unnecessary friction points. It’s balanced and handles all levels of weight. Having a home gym has always been a dream of mine.
