I love Yiruma, so these songs are great to me
I love Yiruma, so these songs are great to me. However, the arrangements are not same as the ones I was used used to playing, which I got free online. It's simplified and edited in this book. I prefer the old ones, but the changes are pretty subtle and unless you're really familiar with the old arrangements, you wouldn't really mind or even notice it. I'm not sure if these changes were made by Yiruma himself or the editor of the book.It feels like a pretty basic paperback, but with a shiny and sturdier cover. It can be quite hard to keep open at the piano, unless it's well-used and you press hard along the spine to make impressions to keep the pages flat for reading.Level of playing is average or intermediate, about ABRSM Grade 4-6 level.Another issue for me was that the staves could be more compact- they could fit more into a page and avoid needing to turn the pages more often than necessary. Also, there could be more thought given to where is the best part of the piece to cut off before turning the page without a break in playing. But overall, a good book to have for Yiruma lovers. Just listen to some of his pieces online, and if you like it, you'll have a blast playing this.

Beautiful music
I now have an ability to play the music that u have found so wonderful on a recording. Size of music is large enough to be helpful for my diminished eyesight. Slightly expensive, but well worth the cost.

Beautiful music
I bought this Easy Piano Yiruma book several years ago and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. Now I'm to a more difficult level and would like more notes in the left hand, but can't find a book. Is there one?

Int./Adv. Piano skill, gentle and soothing music
Intermediate to advanced soothing piano sheet music. The pretty melodies are gentle and repetitive, not too tough to learn quickly/sight read. $14 is a good price for the product (even though I only like 2 of the songs, those 2 are really great).

This is the easy version, not the real version
It is not apparent in the Amazon product title but this is the easy version. If you were hoping this would be the same version as the album (as I was) you will be disappointed. This is a very simplistic version of the actual piano music.

Yiruma!
If you want to learn to play Yiruma's beautiful music, this book is for you. My only qualm that written music differs from what he actually plays in a few places, but that not a big deal.

Yiruma is talented!
I really like that the songs are easy to play but I only like a few of them enough to learn them and play them. My favorite is "River Flows in You". Still Yiruma is very talented and I'd recommend the book to anyone who is a fan of this style of piano.

Yiruma is one of my favorite solo pianists and to enjoy playing his work at home has been a blessing. His music is so soothing and although it takes a bit of practice, his music is easy to play.

Whilst I've not played through the whole book I've certainly enjoyed the pieces I've played
Having grown up playing the piano I had a long "hiatus" of not playing. I've been trying to get back into playing but don't really have the desire to sit and play Bach or Chopin all night long, so have been looking for other artists whose melodies flow. I came across Yiruma and decided on ordering it. Whilst I've not played through the whole book I've certainly enjoyed the pieces I've played, and based on the other reviews will enjoy the rest of the book. At a guess I'd say this is Grade 6+ but then it's been a very long time since I took my Grades in the Piano.

Average
First thing you need to do is hack the spine off with a saw because it is impossible to play anything without the book closing on you. I am sick and tired of these books being sold with absolutely no attention to the fact that they are impractical. Clearly whoever publishes these music books has never actually tried to play from them. As regards the music, very mediocre and as others have said, not like the audio versions. I would return it but after breaking the spine in order to get some use out of it, I doubt it is in a good state to be returned.

Marvellously Melodious
I first got into actually enjoying playing piano (after trudging through the grades for the sake of it) through Einaudi, and through looking into various other contemporary pianists I was lead to Yiruma and I'm so glad I found him. Yiruma's music is much more melodious than Einaudi (yet Einaudi's minimalism and chord progression is also fantastic) and has a lovely soul behind the music. It is certainly more complex than Einaudi, with some pieces requiring thorough practise to do them justice. I would say players of standard Grade 5 and above can play a few pieces and as you become more accomplished you'll be able to enjoy playing the more complex pieces to boot.

Just wrong
Just wrong. I was wondering why when I play river flows in you it doesn't sound great. Well the answer is simple, wrong key signature and there are some notes missing... And it's actually like this for all pieces! Just a waste of money...

Beautiful to play
Yiruma was recommended to me by a friend and after a couple of Youtube videos I knew I had to play it myself. I enjoy playing Einaudi, Dustin O'Halloran and Yiruma is similar. I'd say you need to be Grade 5+ to play some of them but it's well worth the practice.
