although my husband uses these when working on oily farm equipment, I use them to clean out my chicken coop! They stay put and are comfortable on my hands. I was worried, because I had bought an xl. I'm a petite woman but apparently have large hands:/ Anyway, they keep my hands away for the chicken poop which was what I bought them for!!

I have a store of L available (my son's stash) but wanted own store of easier to put on and get off XL size. XL box arrived with exactly the same sized product as son's L. Very disappointed, but not so peeved as to force a takeback and reorder only to risk a repeat. False advertising masquerading as a quality control problem?

They don't rip easy

Hardy makes a great product. I can wear these gloves from two to three days working in my garden. However, you can buy them cheaper at , Habor Freight.
