The cyan ink spilled in the box, although the seal looks intact? The ink got on other bottles and the instructions; messy but not wet. Once I wiped with towel, it was fine. I had to remove and put in the cartridges a few times, as the instructions recommended. My WF-3640 finally accepted the cartridges. The colors are not as vibrant as the original picture. Granted, I know the pictures on Mac look different than the actual print, but is it supposed to be this muted? I followed instructions by cleaning the printer header at least 7 times.

Used with WF7610 - Downloaded the Proper ICC Profiles online. Initially used with Poly Blends of 60/40, 50/50, and 50/25/25. colors dull. Then Used with 100% Polyester and the difference was drastically different. Great Colors. - When switching from my dye ink to sublimation i did have to clean the print heads to get the streaks out from witching ink. I should have invested in a print head cleaning kit before making the switch, but after wasting a small amount of ink to clean it out. It is working just fine.

There was no air bubbles, it worked right away, the printer didn't have a problem identifying the ink

Received kit in mail. Shipping was fast but Cartridges not as pictured. Cartridge for black ink not as describred/pictured does not fit my wf7710. Also ink not the same. The black ink looks like it’s brown. Nothing like picture. All colors look very dull and not as pictured. Looks like they were mixed with brown

Yes working and esay to install important follow the instructions and a lot of patience.

Disappointed, did not fit in printer and not eligible for returns.

This ink doesn't work as sublimation. I am very disappointed with the investment I made.
