It's very filling, The mixture of the beets the almonds and the chocolate you wouldn't think they would taste good together but they do! I eat 1 of these before I go on a bicycle ride.

I didn’t really expect to like it as much as I did. This is my favorite of the instant cup oatmeals we’ve tried. The flavors really work well together.
