Mayday Signalling Mirror 4" x 4" Advanced Heliograph

This is one of my favourite pieces of double duty kit. The plastic protected skin of the mirror and the offset alignment/sighting hole, makes this the king of signalling mirrors.Due to the offset hole, it doubles as a field expedient shaving, see around corners, whatever, mirror as well as its primary function as a signalling mirror.The instructions are clear, precise and completely straightforward and printed on the back, securely covered with a plastic film to preserve the condition.I like the multi-use nature of this mirror and have been well satisfied with the quality.

Nothing comparable to the WWII model that I lost and was trying to replace.It's plastic made.It' in the bin.
