Living in hot humid florida it will flat out pick the slightest leaks of outside air around door gaps, window frames, sliding glass doors plus what you have coming out of you AC ducts. I found it to be very usefull. Be carefull when handling the probe tip. I;ve it for a year now and after heavy use probably I should check the calibration which the instructions tell you. Also measures wet and dry bulb temperatures.
