I know nothing about such matters ...but my partner insists this has a second hand look.I can verify the packaging and instructions have a well worn look and although he is going to road test the device,something tells me it,s going to be returned. (Other recent reviews ido not fill me with confidence) PS having just put this item through it,s paces,my partner has decided that it has many flaws including leakage and is not fit for purpose .Now the tedious process of returns begins...

Yes you do have to buy new filters!So paper is consumable who'd of thought lol the new filters are £5 and it lasted me about 3 weeks of pretty much 24/7

absolute waiste of money, I tried this even with ice cold water but it does not cool down the temperature. I would not buy this again if I had the choce!! very disappointed :(

When I came to use the cooler for the first time it was ok but Very noisy. After first use it then began to leak. As I didn’t know why I then refilled and tried again but to no avail.

It worked well as a fan, but it really made no difference to the temperature in the room. Really easy to spill.

What a load of rubbish. Product flooded. Stop working after 6 weeks, and when asked for replacement, reseller asked to send it back to China on my own cost! This has been one of my worst investments. Wasted my money

Leaking from first day of use

Very poor product used it once leaked everywhere and couldn’t return it as I threw away packing wouldn’t waste money on this product
