The product looked fantastic and was perfect in size for my 4 year old, but the straps were torn so returned item and reordered.The reordered item arrived with footprints all over the stars, so this is also being returned.Will not be ordering from these guys again.

After a few weeks of minimal use.... take it out 1-2 times a week and the threading has come out the side pocket.

Love this bag. Fits everything I need for my baby. Love how it’s not baby-ish or with characters on it like most the kids bags in the shops or online. I think the quality is also great

Love this bag!! So cute! Great size but small enough for kids. Very sturdy and secure. Bought as a baby bag once my babies became toddler but have since bought two more in different colours for preschool.

This is a lovely rucksack but be aware that it is pretty small. Perfect for a 3 or 4 year old but I've had to order something else for my daughter, who is 6. This will be a birthday present for my little niece instead!

Bag was really lovely but just too small for what I wanted it for.Delivered next day. Returns really easy. If you want a little fun bag to hold a few toys or a lunch box and a few bits for nursery this is perfect.

My 2 year old loves this bag, he takes it to nursery and on outings, adjusts well to his size and can keep a fair few things inside.
