Great product been using it for years

Honestly, anything from the JYM product line is fantastic. These vitamins aren’t any different, I highly recommend them!

Have used a handful of other vitamins over the year. These are the best i have used. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Noticed a difference in my daily overall being in just a few days. Great for active adults.

Fun fact, on days I take it my food and water intake are completely different. My energy is up, my focus is clear, and I'm not as hungry nor do I eat as much. The yellowing from the B12 is concerning but 1) drink lots of water and 2) make sure to take the vitamins with food for best absorption.You're right, I probably have a vitamin deficiency somewhere...which is why I take my vitamins!

One of the best multivitamins out there. Has all the required elements without all the extras you find in other multis. We've tried others including the GNC Mega 50+ other targeted vitamins. Like Jym the best. If these don't work for you also consider Orange Triad (that's my 2nd choice).
