As she recommended it to me, I tried this product several times and I feel it has its effect especially after big meals. I usually weigh heavier after big meals, but my weight didn't do up when I took these pills after big meals. As a matter of fact, I think I've lost some weight since I started taking these pills. I think the product has its effect as described on the package, and there are no side effects. I don't have any uncomfortable feelings after taking it. I'll continue trying the product.

Works perfectly and authentic. To me this perfectly gets rid of around 200-300 calories eaten but if you are big eater then don’t expect it to do miracles, only self control and exercise will work for you.

効果に対しては脂質の多い食事に効果を引き出すサプリメントですが、やはりそこはどーなのかわからないです。でも普通キトサンを飲んだら甲殻類の食物繊維が多く便秘も改善とかされるのにこちらの商品ではそれもなく。残念な結果でした。リピはもちろんなし。

他のキトサンを飲んで良かったのでこちらも試してみました。体重は増えず・・でも減らず・・ですがダイエットのリバウンド防止に役に立っています。食べ過ぎたら飲む！が習慣になりました。今までは1回体重が増えると諦めてしまいダイエットが失敗していたので助かっています。しかし、また他のキトサンに浮気するかも・・その為評価は☆4個とします。

この商品を10年以上使っています。持っているだけで安心してしまうのですが、キチンと食べ過ぎた時のフォローをしてくれていると思います。絶大な効果というよりは、食べても現状維持出来ていると言うのが、正直なところです。是非試してみて下さい！

食後に飲んでいますが痩せたかどうかは分かりませんが前より食べても体重は増えませんでした！
