Tried Dobble? This complements it - and it's harder!
We love Dobble, a matching game that my six year old enjoys playing with us. And now we like this one too, one variation in particular. Dobble asks you to find the matching pictures (of different sizes) on circular cards. LinkIt asks you to find two pictures that are LINKED (e.g. door and handle, ambulance and first aid symbol), so takes quite a lot of quick thinking, even when you memorise the symbols and connections. There are four variations of the game to play (first one is dull, the others are good - third is our favourite, when you add cards to someone else's pile so they lose). All are explained in the instructions. The cards are circular and come in a sturdy metal box, it's all very compact, the cards are backed thick paper and the pictures colourful and clear.Age 6 is about right to start this game, my son finds this a challenge. Good one for the whole family though, feels like it could be another Sudoku - good for training the brain, and lots of fun to play together. The game might take anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes, depending on the variation played. Great for rainy days and holidays.

Fantastic, fun and portable game for all the family
Our family loves playing games and it's always great to find a fun game that's portable and can be taken with us when we travel. This game fits that bill perfectly and comes in a neat tin that is easy to pack. Matchify involves trying to spot links between cards as quickly as possible and can prove quite challenging as sometimes you just can't see the link, even when it's right in front of your eyes!Dobble has been a firm favourite of ours for years and is ideal for when you have a few spare moments and also brilliant for when playing with young children or kids that struggle with complex games. Matchify is very similar but slightly more complex in that you're not just matching identical, (but differently sized), pictures but have to spot the link. It could still be played with relatively young children though. There are several different games that you can play with the Matchify cards, (the rules are inside the game), and most of them are a lot of fun. My kids ended up collapsed in giggling heaps whilst playing with these cards because they ended up thinking of crazy "links" (the term is used extremely loosely here), and it all got rather daft. It's lovely to see them being silly together and having some time away from their screens! Matchify will definitely be coming with us when we go anywhere and is being brought out regularly alongside the other games that we have, so I guess it's hit the right note!

Fast paced visual game.
This game is only for the quickest of visual observer's! We played this at Christmas, aged from 15 to 50 and I can honestly say the younger generation are far better and faster at spotting the links. We had to change the rules slightly to make the game last longer, ie you couldn't have a link if someone else had already said it...... Then it gave the slightly older players a chance as we could think of a genuine reason where the association was between a table and a chicken! Great game but make sure everyone is of the same intelligence level otherwise one person will wipe the floor with the rest of the players! ( May be that's just us!)Good game to take out as it fits in a hand bag and can be played anywhere there is a surface and no breeze.

Great family entertainment for long journeys
I bought this game as entertainment for our family in long journeys, and I can say that we have a lot of fun playing Matchify card game. This game sounds simpler and easier than it actually is. The rules are easy to understand and there are a few versions of the game to play, depending on how many people are playing and their ages. It is one of those games that anyone in the family can win, no matter their age. The cards come in a little tin which is small enough to take it anywhere. For those who never played the game comes with a very simple and easy instruction. It is actually very attractive, and make spending nice and enjoyable time with family. Ideal to take on long flights or journeys. Exactly that I wanted! Thanks

Not as easy as I thought
Links are not that obvious between objects

Fun challenging family game
Fun challenging family game, suitable for a wider age range than advertised. It is easy to understand and play but still challenging especially with older family members at a faster pace. There are 4 variations on how to play the game. The simplest version ‘Valley’ I have played with my 4 year old and 6 year old, and we have also managed the ‘Mountains’ version of the game, so it can be played with younger children. In saying this it will also be fun for teens and parents at a faster pace with the more complex variations of the game. It’s good for building concentration and observation skills. I like the fact it comes in a self-contained metal tin, it’s easy to store and pop into a travel bag for family trips. I can see other uses for these cards, such as using them with primary age children as ‘story builders’ or practicing sentence structure. I would recommend this game to others.

Fun for all the family - fantastic game for languages too!
I am a language tutor and I absolutely love these games for my students! I use them as an aide to boost vocabulary retention; keeping thing fun with these games really helps with what can otherwise be a really boring task. The pictures are clear, the words are varied and I can't wait to purchase some more sets. There are multiple different games that can be played, they are perfect for travel as they are self-contained in the tin, including instructions, and anyone can learn! My oldest player is 72 and my youngest is 9 and they are always a hit! I also play it with my friends (some of whom are non-native speakers) as it is just a fun, fast game that needs little explanation.

Nice variation on Dobble
This is a nice follow-up to Dobble. It adds a small additional layer of complexity by having to match 2 associated items instead of identical ones. It's quite good fun to have once your Dobble cards are wearing out!
