It does what it says on the tin and with Dental treatment costing so much it will work until I can afford the Dentist

Didnt really work for me but others will swear by it.For people it does not work for i recommend "Orajel Dental Gel" - it is more expensive but it numbs the gum (and most of your mouth if you put too much around the area as i did) but it does get rid of the pain even for just a few hours.

Works really well but be aware it tastes foul if you get it on your tongue.
