24 hour display
The color of my watch strap is blue, not like the pictures. I collect inexpensive watches. Most are duds. This watch is not. It has turquoise band, shiny silver case. It looks good. I Have a problem getting it out of 24 hour clock. That's minor. It's hard to set . I forget, are digital watches supposed to know about daylight savintime. This one doesnt. I thought my Casios did. So it's hard to set, and runs 24 hour display. It is made in China, all of it.

Not up to the standards of other Timex watches
I am prejudiced as I have always loved Timex watches. My favorite was a Timex Expedition that I wore for over 5 years. This model is the Timex Marathon and while it is a good watch, it isn't great. My main complaint is I find the band a bit irritating. In typical Timex tradition, this watch keeps good time. I set it to the US Naval Observatory Master Clock upon receipt and it has maybe lost one second. This watch face is very easy to read even without the back light. This is a very moderately priced watch and as stated earlier, I have a fondness for the Timex brand. The Marathon just isn't quite up to their normal high standards.

It's nice
I was searching for watches for women, and bought this one by mistake. It's for men, so larger than what I wanted, but I have been using it. I keep forgetting that Amazon's search includes items that are not want you're looking for, and check better next time.*** UPDATE ***The watch band strap loop broke in a little over a year, and it's annoying to use it without it.

Hurts My Wrist After 1-hr of Wear
I had to keep this as it's out of return period. There was a design flaw that the metal buckle on the backside of the watch directly touched the back of my wrist. After 1-hr of wearing, my skin became red and engraved with markings itching and scratching pain. Compared to more friendly watch bands I had on smart watch, this one should not even come out for sale! I wish I could junk this, but will keep it for my back watch when out for wild trail hiking!

Better than my last watch, which was also a Timex.
Better display than my last watch. The day & date are much easier to read. More intuitive setting time/day/date etc. The buttons are very clearly labeled - a nice feature. The sheet that came with it was useless, but the watch is so easy to operate it didn't matter. The band was very stiff at first, but softened after a few days. I prefer Velcro bands.I would buy it again.

Don't buy this piece of junk
I knew I buying a cheap watch, but for $20 I was expecting for it to a least have a 24 hour clock, it doesn't, the alarm willNot shut off and the butting always make noise and you do not have an option to turn it off. Those things were not in the description so if your thinking of buying this research it a little, because now I have a watch that I'm notfoinf to be able to use and it's not worth the money to ship it back. What's sad is a $9'watch from Walmart would have been better.

Watch is fine bands are not!
I like it because its inexpensive, but has the few functions that I like. It isn't as easy to use as the Triathlon watches. Unfortunately, the bands crap out on the Triathlon watches and the band alone costs as much as this watch did. I suspect this band will also eventually give out too.

My 11 year old son loves it so far. He has had it only for about a week. When it first came I thought it would be too big for him but he liked it a lot and has been exited to use the timer on it also. The watch did not come with any directions though and is difficult if not impossible to set the time if you are not use to these kinds of watches. I had to look up the directions for this watch on the Internet.

FANTASTIC EVERYDAY TIMEPIECE
I have been wearing Timex watches for my work in the transportation industry for over 40 years.I find them to be reliable, sturdy timepieces that "take a lick'n and keep on tick'n".This particular model was purchased for the lowest price I've ever paid for a digital Timex watch. That's incredible in itself! The watch face is approximately 1 inch in diameter(crystal size) and the time display is large and clear. It features the time, day and date without any clutter. The "INDIGLO" back light is even and effective. The WR50 that I purchased has an orange plastic strap with a black plastic case.the face of the watch has a silver plastic ring which surrounds the crystal and adds a touch of elegance to the thing. It also features orange buttons which stand out nicely from the black case for easy operation.Overall,if you are looking for an inexpensive, durable watch that will last for years, you can't miss with this product.

I love the big LCD display on this watch
I love the big LCD display on this watch!I need eyeglasses for reading or working on the computer, but the LCD display on this watch is so big and crystal clear, that I can easily read the time and date without having to put on my glasses. Another thing I like is that the watch always displays the time (hour, minute, second) as well as the day of the week and the day of the month above the time, so it is not necessary to press another button to read the date. Only if you want to display the month and year do you have to press another button. Oh yes, the buttons: there are four of them labelled SET (used for setting the date and time as well as for resetting the stopwatch to zero), MODE (used to switch between displaying the regular date and time, the alarm, the stopwatch and the time in the 2nd time zone), START/STOP (used to momentarily display the current month and year and also used to start and stop the stopwatch) and INDIGLO (when you press this button it lights up the dial of the watch for 2-3 seconds so you can tell the time and date even in pitch dark). Now, these buttons are big enough that you can easily press them with your fingertips, very convenient. The watch itself is a full-size men's watch without being too big or bulky. I bought the watch with the blue strap, it looks really good and the chrome ring around the display adds a touch of elegance. The watch feels light on my wrist and the silicone strap feels comfortable. The watch has more than enough features for me, including an alarm, "indiglo" backlight at the touch of a button (a must for telling the time in pitch dark), a stopwatch displaying minutes:seconds:one-hundredths-of-a-second and the capability to display the time in another time zone (useful when travelling or if you have friends/relatives living in another time zone). You can also go swimming (but not diving) with this watch, it is water resistant up to 50 metres. The watch does not come with an owner's manual but you can download it from the timex website.

It keeps on ticking!
It's a Timex - what can I say? It arrived on schedule, in perfect condition, as described. It can take some rough handling and some water doesn't bother it. The numbers are large and easy to read, the light makes it easy to tell time in the dark, and the strap is comfortable. I'm sure that nobody will stop me on the street to admire it on my wrist; but if you want a piece of jewellery you buy a Rolex - if you want a timepiece, buy a Timex!
