This makes it much easier to carry with out losing any. Those first few batches of rolls were more like brittle candies. Without some fat or sugar, everything just hardened to a crisp and shattered into pieces when you tried to roll it up. Then, I found the solution online... add sugar. Make sure you wipe the sheets with a tiny bit of oil (something mild flavored like canola oil). The fruit sheets will come right off. We stew fruits like peaches and apricots with their skins intact, then puree them in the blender and add a bit of sugar of necessary. A great way to use the whole fruit. You may as well buy 2 packs of two, because you're going to wish you had 4 once you try it!
