It's difficult to give a comprehensive review when you've only had one month to try a product that claims to work in a way you can't tangibly measure, but I do believe that this product is making a difference in the frequency and duration of hot flashes and night sweats. After about 2½ weeks of consistent use I noticed that I wasn't waking in the night with my head and neck drenched in sweat. ( Sorry, I know that's gross but I'm trying to give an honest review here). I put the circumstance down to coincidence and the cooler weather change, but continued taking the DIM supplement. No more hot flashes during the day. Again, maybe a coincidence, or maybe my system and age; or maybe the DIM?After a full month I still can't guarantee that it is the supplement that is causing the decrease in my hot flashes but I rarely have then now, maybe once a week instead of several a day. I've only had night sweats a few times when we had unseasonably hot weather and even then the night sweats were very mild.So to address the effectiveness of this product I would have to say that I believe that it is helping with calmness, less frequent insomnia, fewer hot flashes, and fewer and less intense night sweats. I cannot say this with absolute certainly because my experiences are entirely subjective and could be associated with many other causes or circumstances. But the ingredients seem to be of high quality and not likely to cause any harmful side effects, and the potential for the hormonal regulation and positive results it claims seem to me to make the potential value for the money good. There is no guarantee of effectiveness for any individual, but after using for a month, I believe it's worth a try.

I have taken DIM in the past and was pleased to find that this supplement has the added ingredients of black pepper extract and organic brown rice concentrate to help with absorption and regulating blood sugar. I also like that this supplement is pretty clean, not filled with fillers. The capsule is easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

This seems like a really good supplement, but so far I have yet to experience positive results, but I have not experienced any adverse effects either, so it is a wash thus far. From reading some of the reviews, others are getting good results, so I am hopeful that it will help reduce or eliminate my night sweats. It's kind of a pricey supplement, so I will only continue if I DEFINITELY see improvement.

As someone who’s getting up in years, I’m always open to taking supplements that keep my body feeling good and working well. I’ve heard good things about diindolylmethane, so I decided to give this a try. It’s too early to tell what long-term benefits I’ll get from taking this, but so far it seems to be working well. I feel good and haven’t had any side effects from it. The bottle came well packaged and well-sealed, and the pills are small and easy to swallow. I’m going to continue taking it and see how things go over time. For now, I like it.
