Update: this is since I set the unit up. Actually it works phenomenal. Thank God, I was able to get to the highest level on day two. But I just need to be consistent because I’ve seen the results for people on TikTok. A little bit of a challenge when getting the product but the product works well!1st Review:So far, I’m just putting it together and haven’t actually used it yet. However, I already have a few challenges.First, it showed up with the pink foam having several dirt stains on it. One side had a dirt stains and the other side had a grease stain. I’m not sure how that happened because it doesn’t look like someone used it before but I’m not happy that it showed up on my pink foam like that and I haven’t even used it. I have no idea how to get that out.Also, the instructions were so small that I had to blow them up on my copy machine. The diagram is kind of light as well so I had to blow that up so that I could see how to put it together.The next challenge is that the instructions reference specific numbers for the parts but, on their packing list, there are no numbers that are connected to their pieces. So what’s the point of putting numbers in the instructions to reference a part if it doesn’t have a number for the part in the packing list? It also references numbers for the individual bolts, but yet again it doesn’t even list out the screws that are included and no numbers are associated with those either.I am figuring out as I go and I’m excited to use it because I saw so many people on TikTok had wonderful success.At least it did show up pretty quickly compared to what people are saying on TikTok in regards to shipping from there.But they should make sure that the product comes in a better condition without dirt and grease stains on the colored foam.Also the instructions should be larger. The numbers in the instructions should also reference numbers for the individual parts on the part list. Plus, if they’re gonna put numbers for the screws, they need to list out all the screws and the number that’s associated with it.Hopefully I’ll have a better experience using it than putting it together thus far.

It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it :( it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

so y’all this range of like motion is crazy. You could adjust a thing where it feels like you’re crawling up. A cliff slipper resistant is perfect like it has a perfect ease of use as well. The effectiveness is like crazy. I just 50 of these things and like I Was like sweating it gives you a nice burn sensation when you’re like burning Halloween and the storage is super easy because it just folds up and you can stick it anywhere. Jus tighten the screws bc is kinda flimsy
