Drive Devilbiss Folding Walking Stick with Soft Grip Handle, Purple (Packaging may vary)

These walking sticks are great. Made by the same company that make the walkers and other mobility aids. I have one of their 4 wheel and a 3 wheel walker. The walking stick is excellent quality, as I expected from Drive, the enamel over the aluminium is really good and thick too so can withstand a few knocks. It's easy to assemble in seconds and disassemble and the hand grip is nice and comfy. I noticed in the reviews a few people complained that the labels if removed left a sticky residue on the stick that was difficult to remove. The secret is to lift one edge of the label, pull it off, then put some white spirit on a soft cloth and rub it over the glue area and it comes off really easily. You wouldn't know there had been labels on there. There's a small badge with 'Drive' on the side of the hand grip and a good size wrist strap to slip your hand through. I'm not sure if the feral is removable or not, I'd like to put a 3 prong feral on as I have balance problems, the feral that's on there is good quality and quite large but I feel safer with the 3 prong. I will have to ask the manufacturer or do some research online. All in all these are well worth the money, in fact I'd pay £25 for these to be honest. I ordered the 'purple' one, but I'd say the colour is a rich mulberry and has black marbling through it. Very nice and suitable for a man or woman. The height adjustment is a breeze, just press on the chrome button near the handle and select one of the other holes until the height is right for you. This is quite important to use the stick safely. The top of the handle should be level with the crease in your wrist so that when you hold the stick your elbow is slightly bent. I have one of those retractable metal tapes and just stood on the tab and pulled the tape up until t came to my wrist. I needed to move the height button 2 slots for my height, but of course we're all different, some have long arms, some short, etc. These really are beautiful walking sticks. The black options is plain black, it would be nice to have silver marbling over it but that's just me being picky. I have ordered the Blue as that looks really nice too and again suitable for a man or woman. A nice vibrant green with black marbling would be nice too. So yes I'd recommend these and especially while they are on offer for just over £13, they're a steal! Suitable for up to 135Kg body weight too.

After reading so many reviews, i decided to buy this one. It easily folds down, and has safety edges (white) on the edges of the metal to stop someone harming themselves. The handle is almost soft, comfortable. (Max weight 21 stones.) The metal used is more stronger than the cheaper models for sale. Paint also does not come off either like the cheaper ones. The stickers are hard to remove, but in all this model of walking stick is one of the best out there. I decided to buy this rather than buy a cheaper model and replace it every so often because its damaged. (so costing more money). This is well worth the money i paid, and will last a lifetime.(hopefully). Has extensions for height also. Easily to fit into a large shoulder bag/backpack.

Good sturdy stick very stable. I did find it a little heavy at times of poor health but it’s great that me that gets a bit weak. Lovely colour. And good placing of the hand strap. Good mid range stick

This stick is very versatile and easy to use. It has lots of adjustment and a comfortable handle. The stick is lightweight, easy to fold and sturdy enough to use every day. I love the colour, it is cute without being too bright. The stick is great value for money, you get functionality and comfort at a good price.

If your bigger than 5'10-5'11 this won't be any use to you. I'm 5'11 and have it on the last hole. Absolutely brilliant product. I used it all day yesterday and the handle is so soft my hand didn't hurt once. I put my weight on the stick and it never bent or felt like it was going to break. Brilliamt

Great walking stick! It looks much better than your standard hospital issue or basic wooden stick, and the gel grip makes a big difference. My hands don't hurt as much using it day long, and as I am only 25 it is good that it doesn't make me feel as old as my last hospital issue one. Only downside is the fact there isn't a band attached to the stick when folding it down. Other than that it is a top walking stick.

Ha llegado sin bolsa de transporte y la anilla que trae para que se quede plegado cuesta muchisimo de poner y quitar, está muy apretado.

C'est une canne qui est assez robuste et très pratique ! Aucun regret.

j'ai acheté la même il y a un an et demi en bleu très joli aussi ! et elle tient toujours la route l'élastique ne ces pas détendue et je n'ai pas encore changer l'embout INUSABLE ! toujours fidèle au poste donc je reprend la même en rouge et une autre en noir très chic aussi , c'est une valeur sur ! vous pouvez les yeux fermé ces un très bon produit.
