Over all I think between functions and price this is a cool straightforward analog vintage sounding delay and I love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This review is for the delay pedal - It's a solid delay but definitely not an analog delay *by E***Y on December 28, 2024* The description and specs listed for the "AFOT" delay pedal are very accurate save one thing: It is not an actual analog delay that uses vintage bucket-brigade (BBD) integrated circuits (chips). I was curious about this claim, so I pulled the pedal apart to see what was under the hood. There is a stacked set of PCBs, and all the core audio components are on the bottom board. I did not feel like desoldering all the header pins to pull it apart, but I could clearly see a 16-pin surface mount IC on the bottom board, which would indicate a PT2399 digital delay chip. And frankly you can't expect anything nicer than that for the price point. Otherwise, it's a really nice sounding delay. And one of the cleanest in terms of repeat noise that I've heard for a PT2399 (especially the cheaper options). There is no option for modulation of the repeats, but again this is a barebones echo device, and it performs admirably in that regard.
