Would definitely recommend this journal
This is a great little journal. I haven't had it for long but already I have discovered many cool things about it.Pros:enough room to really write what I ate.Place for sleep - I have a garmin which tracks this for me, so I can be precise.Place to indicate time that I eat and exercise...I like that in the front of the book it has a place where you put your measurements and list your goals...Cons:None really, it could be smaller but then I'd have a hard time writing all that I ate with detail... and I'm not sure I'll really use the calorie count and break down of macros section - but it isn't like that is a huge part of the page anyway.So, as you can see for my purposes, this is a nice journal to help me stay focused on eating responsibly and motivate me to put down some exercise or activity each day...

Good concept, bad manufacturing
The book is actually a really neat little thing. Each day takes a page and you can document your fitness and food intake very well. However, I got this today and as soon as I opened the book, the binding came undone and the pages are loose. I think for something you are going to be using daily, it should be able to stand up to being opened more than once.

Great Food Journal!!!
There is nothing to complain about here. This journal is a great size and has all of the features needed for lifestyle tracking. Tracks calories, protein, fiber, exercises, mood etc. Great price for a great product. I am already planning on getting another when this 90 days is up. The only feature I would add is possibly work schedule as that makes an impact on daily performance, but I am placing my work hours on line labeled βotherβ. If you are looking to boost your diet and need more accountability than plugging it into your phone, but this!

I love the outline on the pages and how they space ...
I love the outline on the pages and how they space out measurement days. The first page with the days in circles is amazing to look back on for progress as well. This journal made me realize I am happier after days I eat healthier since it also has you log your mood.However,ATTN PUBLISHERS,Can you please make more options for covers? I want something a little more discreet π. Maybe a plain black cover with Get Fit Notebooks in small print would be nice. The inside is absolutely perfect though. The woman in the measurements pages is my goal shape!

Adorbs and motivating
Love this! Usually I prefer just a blank notebook, but this journals style is really fun and motivating :) its helping me to log more things that I wouldn't have considered, like water. I'm most interested in tracking calories, protein and fiber, and those are the three it prompts for on the daily summary :) theres space to write and exercise and/or diary entry. Anywho, very happy to have it. I ordered 2 at once so o can go 180 days!

Great tracker for food and exercise.
I bought this to start my 2019 off right by tracking my food, exercise and water all in one place. I haven't experienced pages falling out at all and the tracker came exactly as pictured on Amazon. The pages are not super thick so if you used a pen that bleeds it would seep through, but with a normal pen I've had no issues. Every 30 days you are able to write down your measurements to see where your you are in your fitness journey. I don't use for the calorie/fiber/protein tracking but it's great that those options are available if you are looking to track those things also. I would definitely buy again once the 90 days are up!

Excellent Accountability Journal
I really like this open dated fitness journal. It keeps me and my daughter on track with our goals and holds us accountable to writing down every calorie as well as any exercise. Although my daughter uses an app on her phone too, she likes that she can review it in hard copy and refer back to each day that has already passed. Also, we can keep going every 90 days and look back at our progress from the journal before. It allows you to reflect on your BMI, weight and progress every 30 days, so this was just perfect for us.

Great tool for tracking
I'm not a fan of most the apps I've tried using for tracking daily activities and diet. This works a lot better for me and makes it easier to refer back to a specific day/week if I want to plan a menu based on a something that worked well. I also like that there's a place to record measurements, which was something I had to journal when the app I used didn't offer it. My only complaint would be that the paper is very thin. Most of my pens I've tried bleed or show through.
