Trek Support’s ¾ Orthotic is amazingly light and only ¾ in length, yet you’ll feel a dramatic difference in foot alignment and comfort as soon as you put it in your shoe. Unlike a full insole, a ¾ orthotic doesn’t crowd your shoe, allowing toes to move freely. Our team of foot experts designed the ergonomic orthotic to deliver support exactly where you need it in the ball of boot, arch and heel areas. No extra bulk to make your foot feet cramped. The key to the comfort lies in the supple foam that is soft and cushioning while still providing support. Featuring a flexible arch and shock absorbing heel pad, you may be surprised at the energizing comfort that this slim insert delivers. Slip your foot onto the smooth top cloth and give your feet the comfort they need. Directions:The orthotics are marked with a (foot image) in the left Orthotic. Position orthotic in shoe so that the elevated arch rests against the inside edge of your shoe. Give the orthotics a test drive by wearing them for an hour. If you find them slipping in your shoes, use the glue dots that are provided. Replace every 6 months for optimal comfort and support.

good for snug shoes, minimal cushioning in the front of the foot
I've been wearing these a couple of days and really like them so far. They are thinner than some other insoles that I've tried, but they still have a good amount of cushioning in the heel. They also have a nice soft support pad in the arch. I prefer soft arch support compared to the hard arches in SuperFeet insoles, since the hard insoles don't match up well with the shape of my arches. 3/4 style insoles have little cushioning in the ball and front of the foot, so these aren't great for runners who land on the front of your foot. On the other hand, less cushioning in the front makes these fit better in very snug shoes. I'm not a fan of insoles that are supposed to fit a wide range of foot sizes, but I wear size 9 shoes (near the lower end of the size range for these) and I was able to trim these down to fit my shoes pretty easily. These insoles are softer than others that I have used, but hopefully they will hold up well.

Trek Support 3/4 Orthotic Men, Size 8-13, 2 Pairs
I really wasn’t impressed by the Trek Support 3/4 orthotics. I usually wear men’s shoes because I can’t find women’s work boots I like, so I need orthotics that will fit into a wider men’s shoe. I hesitate to even call these “orthotics” as they remind me nothing of the ones I use on a daily basis. The Trek Support ones are flimsy, floppy insoles. The insoles move around inside my boots; there were no included “glue dots” to stick them in place. The cushioning was of the barely there sort. There’s no support. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have any serious foot issues; these are more for if you want a little extra softness under your heels.

Nice product at a great price point
We received full size orthotics. It was very easy to trim to fit.My 17-year-old son has had problems with his feet for a long time. He wore custom-made orthotics for a number of years in there, but in the past year or two he has not had as much foot pain and we have not gotten him new orthotics. I've looked at some of the various packaged orthotics, but was never sure just what to get. We were thrilled to try these out. These definitely do make a difference for him just in day-to-day use. And I love that he doesn't look like he's in pain when he ends up walking more than usual

Soft and flexible
I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and rigid high arches. I am constantly using wearing out cushioned orthotic insoles. These Trek support 3/4 Orthotic insoles are really nice. They are lightweight and flexible unlike my prescription orthotics. They have enough cushion to make your feet feel better but not so much that it makes wearing shoes are comfortable. They are also easy to trim if you have a narrow feet. Personally I need orthotics with a higher arch support but these are good to use on days I’m. It going to be doing a lot of standing or walking.

2 for less than the price of 1. Well designed
These support insoles are very lightweight and designed to give some cushion to the heel area of your foot. As a walker I’ve found that this is the most desirable area to protect. Now that I’m a senior I can’t tolerate heavy shoe accessories. These are comparable to the Dr. Scholl’s products but at a more attractive price point. You get two sets with each purchase so you can trade off to let your supports air out to keep them fresh and new.

A little thick raising my feet in my shoe and exposed my achilles a little more than I'm comfortable with.
Initially got these as I thought they would be more like active inserts for tired feet. I walk 1 to 2 miles a day at work on my break in dress shoes and while these are better than the standard insert in my dress shoe, they don't really seem to do much else for arch support. They also are a little thick and pushed my heel up higher in the shoe, exposing my achilles a little more than I wanted.I'm a size 11.5 and these fit perfect in my dress shoes without any trimming necessary.
