Great product
Exactly what I needed to make some slightly too big boots fit well and comfortably. A little tricky to position correctly as they are very sticky but once in place they didn't move at all and worked brilliantly.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was really surprised but they actually work. I had a pair of runners I couldn't wear at all because the heel rubbed but I now find them very comfortable.

Far too bulky round the heel so there's a large gap between your foot and the back of the shoe which looks and feels weird.
