The first two weeks, it worked very well. Suddenly, I wasn't be able to turn in on. So, I reviewed the manual and voila! no technical customer support phone number at all??!! Really? Well I disconnected everything and turn in on all over again. It worked. Today, I tried to watch a movie using Netflix. To make short a long story, Netflix "customer support", told me that my device no longer support the Netflix app. They recommended me to contact the manufacturer and fix the problem. I don't have the phone number!!! I really hate to be in me middle of companies that put the blame to each other. So, thank you Amazon for let me return this device.

This device worked OK for a couple days, then Netflix started returning a connection refused error message. I called Netflix support and was informed this device is not supported by Netflix.

Don’t buy this TV BOX. The image freezes and the remote control does not work well. I lost my money, I live outside the US so I can’t return it
