Bad presentation but ok for the price
I ordered this product as a Christmas present for a friend. It was vacuum packed which was not ideal as it meant I had the choice to either open the packaging (not great for a Christmas present) or wrap it in the packaging where you couldn’t tell what was inside as it just looked like a pink blob! I went for the latter approach and certainly got the expected quizzical looks on it being opened. Once it was opened however, the product was as described. The fabric was soft albeit I fear it may be a little too nylon-y and be slightly uncomfortable for a long flight. The hood looks as it does in the picture and I think it’s a good addition to a travel pillow as hopefully it will take out some light. For the price I would order the product again but in all honestly I would have been disappointed if I’d spent much more!
