There’s absolutely no smell (bc they have a little fragrance thingie inside the trash bag area), it cleans itself pretty well (you still have to check it at intervals and clean the inside edges where it slides the waste), and the app tells you how much your cat weighs and how often they use it. It’s pretty quiet, the size is about what you’d expect, it seems sturdy so far, and it comes mostly assembled out the box. This thing is worth every penny spent! If you’re on the fence, DO IT. You won’t regret having one, and it’s helped tremendously with keeping track of when to change the litter. You deserve an easier way to deal with cat poo. Update: It took us about 1.5-2 months to get our cat to actually use it, as she’s super anxious about everything. We used the One Guy Five Cats video on YT- Transitioning to an Auto Cleaning Litter Box. We had to put the litter boxes right next to each other, adding some of the old litter box poo in the new one. We then had to let the manual litter box get REALLY dirty.
