Disappointed: Poor Quality and Rude Customer Service
I regret purchasing these shoes. Within a few weeks of light use, the side adhesive started tearing apart, making the shoes look cheap and unreliable. This kind of quality is unacceptable, especially for the price.To make matters worse, when I reached out to claim the warranty, I encountered rude and unhelpful customer service. Instead of addressing the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to provide a solution.Not only are these shoes poorly made, but the company also fails to stand behind its products. Avoid at all costs if you want durable shoes and respectful customer service.

Quality of sole
After using the shoes for four months, I noticed that the sole became loose near the area below the ankle. It has since started tearing and separating from the shoe. I only use the shoes twice a week, so I am disappointed by this level of wear after such limited use.
