Q: Is the bar the inversion equipment hangs from included ? It didn't come with the order and it is in the pictures. I didn't see that it wasn't .

Q: How do you get into this?

Dont get this, but to answer your question you get into it by putting your feet in the wedge and finding a way to put the hook on whatever bar you’re going to use. I specifically adjusted my feet in the device first than held onto the bar with my hands and lifted my lower body until it was higher than my upper body to then be able to hook the device to the bar and release the grip on the bar so I can hang upside down
