Heck of a value - you get a LOT - I wish the eye dropper was bigger - I do 2ml - with this dropper is like 4X

Helps with sleep
I give this to my younger daughter before bed because she goes through periods of horrible sleep and it does seem to help. I also like that it's basically a multivitamin.

Different color liquid in my 2nd bottle?
I ordered this from the "buy again" section, however the liquid in this one is not clear to light.. this liquid is brown! Not sure if the formula is different? Also, the first one that I ordered was "sugar free" this one doesn't mention

Magnesium is a mineral that we do not get enough of my favorite thing about magnesium is the only real side effect is you might use the restroom a little bit more but it’s only clean out thing that I love is the quality and the options that Amazon provides budgetFriendly but doesn’t lack on quality and so many options to choose from Amazon, you guys always will and always are the best. I will be reporting back with some results here shortly!
