This item works, but does not come with the base plate or belt as shown on the product page. You must bolt the pump directly to the washing machine, which seems to work fine so far. I'm not a fan of replacement parts that don't completely match the OEM parts, but we'll see how this goes. For the price, it's acceptable--Sears wanted $118 for the same part.
