Video for outside use is faded.
As the title indicates the video for outside is faded and not worth using in an outside environment.Program adjustments helped so the user could just about make out detail, but not good enough!This is not the quality I was expecting from Observeye. I moved this camera inside. It is not great there but it does work. I have an older style Observeye IP camera that I moved from inside to outside to the job that this camera failed to do!

Don't waste your money
Extremely disappointed with this POS so far.Spent an hour trying to figure it out myself. No luck. Waited an hour for customer support to call me back. After an hour talking with customer support I had it working. Only to moc it to its final location and it not work again. Not to mention there is NO voice activation. Flat out lie. Also in order to install a memory card. You need to disassemble the entire camera in case and then barely get it in even then.Don't waste your money. 4 hours later. I'm still without a camera and they're closed.Negative stars on this one!!!

This outdoor camera is very well build
The outdoor camera is very well build. High resolution. Much higher than my older outdoor cameras. Nighttime view is impressive even with very limited light. Initial setup was not as difficult I thought it would be. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The picture quality for both daytime and nighttime is quite good. Used wireless initially until I got some cable run out there. It streamed at 1080p without any issues.Pros- Clear picture when VIEWING in 1080p- Highly responsive customer support- Easy Setup and installation- Great value for moneyCons- Will update if I find any.

OBSERVEYE SEEMS TO CLOSED NO SUPPORT FOR ANYTHING
Camera worked fine for a couple of weeks, then seemed to loose exposure control when the temperature got above only 55 degrees (F). Camera is in shade. Observeye website is down and no one ever answers their telephone. been trying to get through to them since late December 2019.
