Great hitch. Solid build.
Easy install if you have the right tools. Took an hour or so. Much better than the hitches that just attach to the king pin.

Good quality
Good quality seems to be built very well. Nice and heavy duty.

That it doesn’t hit the tailgate
The hitch hits the tailgate. We have to leave part of the tailgate down. We had the trailer being fixed so didn’t really get to try our new truck with it til October 30. Then we were out on the road. Is there any way we can trade this on a similar one that is not off set?

Simple, effective converter
I've carried my 35' 5th wheel loaded down for permanent on-the-road living all over the country without issue. My flatbed had a goose neck hitch on it already, and I really didn't want to mount a 5th wheel hitch that will take up all the room on my bed, and this has made that method easy.

Company needs to recommend a lock for it to secure the vehicle.
It would be nice if they made recommendations for what lock fits the unit. Otherwise everything has worked as it should.

Works great
Works & fits as it claims. I did have to drill out the holes as they said you might. Happy with this product

Adjustment bolts broke on second use.
The adapter hitch itself is ok, but man I've had a lot of bad luck with the hardware.First I had to use a carbide bit and move over the holes on the adapter to attach it to my trailer which was a huge pain, but hopefully shouldn't be a problem for most people. After finally getting the thing on there I went to put on the adjustable piece. My truck at the time was a flatbed so I set it to 12" and thought it was really weird that there wasnt any holes for the bolts that are supposed to hold it in place. I was afraid theyd be too loose so I may have overtightened them a bit.Once it was all on I used it once and it did the job. However, a few months later we got a new truck that wasnt a flatbed and so I went to remove the adjustment bolts and instead of removing they both just sheared right off. Now what kind of crappy weak sauce metal are these made out of? And they're supposed to hold my 8000 lb plus fifthwheel? They don't appear rusted but they certainly wouldn't come out. I'm not sure what to do with the thing now. Throw it away and just get some fifthwheel rails I suppose. One of the bolts that holds it to the trailer also has basically become a plug and is cracked where it's threads arent flattened from repeated removal trying to fix this nonsense.Another gripe I had is the paint job looked pretty lousy and scratches off on anything you touch. I acknoledge that some of the issues I faced were partially or wholly my fault however this is still just not very good quality for the 500+ bucks I paid. Not recommended.
