I did not slip or fall on steep inclines/declines, rocks, wet rocks, etc. I pretty much wore these almost every day of my trip for sight seeing and for less aggressive hikes. They are so comfortable and also very cute. I love them!! They are true to size in my opinion. I did not need to size up or down. I also have high arches and these are so comfy and just a great fit. No blisters and no discomfort and I had not had time to break them in. This is my first pair of Teva’s. Excited to see how they do on a hike in Montana.
