Great to boost ketosis
Recommend this product to anybody who practices keto. I am on my second bottle and will be ordering regularly. I take these daily, regardless of my carb intake. I do try to keep my carbs at keto low but even if I overeat I don’t feel THAT quirky because I feel like I am still burning. To be honest, I don’t test my ketosis with strips, but nevertheless I have notices that I don’t gain that much when I cheat so I believe this boost does help. I think it’s a good price as well

very good, 9 days in and have lost 4 pounds, fantastic boost in energy, and mental clarity.helps cut carb and sugar cravings. it can make you thirsty so take 8-10 ounces of water with each dose.I take it about 9am, and usually last 8-10 hours.

So many overdoing this one is perfect, magnesium does not irritate the stomach such as so many do . To say that this is not efficient enough to make a difference is totally untrue have had success with these for two months no longer have the option to buy very disappointed Amazon has discontinued a SHAME something that finally was not an overkill, very reasonable priced & worked well with diet eliminated muscle spasms .

I have been using this product for 5 days and feel no difference. No extra energy or less food cravings. In fact, not taking my usual drink seems to be taking its toll. I’m tired abs unmotivated again. I think I will go back to the the drink mixes, despite the gastric effects.
