The fit was good and was more comfortable than I expected. Also it did not seem to restrict the movement of my patella when biking or working out.

I really like this knees sleeves, I have try it for running, and I can feel it provide a great support for my knees. The quality is very good, it dry very fast.

I have a torn mincus, I do spinning classes, this did not give me the support needed. I did end up finding in a local store something that gave me more support.
