I've been on a keto diet since last October. I love my coffee in the morning for work, and try to do what I can to make it easy. This...is easy. Instant coffee. Plus cocoa. Plus MCT oil. I pretty much just bought it to have delicious fatty chocolate coffee in the morning for work and barely read the label other than the ingredients and nutritional info.Well, first day I had it, I turned into a hard-working ticket-crunching machine at work. My productivity went through the ROOF. I was at lunch and already hit my quota for the day. O_OI checked out the label after I got home and read how it's all energy for the brain. Crazy how well it works. Not even kidding. Since I wasn't even aware of the "brain power" aspect, I can't even attribute it to a placebo effect. Not only that, but my productivity has continued the whole time I've been having this coffee.I like to have it in the morning with hot water + a couple tablespoons of heavy cream mixed in. It IS oily - let's not kid ourselves - but it's quite delicious for an instant coffee. On my weekends, I go back to my freshly ground French Press coffee, but find myself craving the creamy chocolaty goodness for my work day morning fuel.This stuff is worth it.The ONLY complaint I have is that the chocolate is barely noticeable, but the carbs would be bumped up unacceptably if it was more chocolaty.Oh...And it's out of stock. :(-T. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works, tastes great, but way too pricey for the amount of servings *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 15, 2016* Really like this coffee+MCT blend but for the price it really doesn't last long. With two people each having one or two coffees a morning, it barely lasted over a week. That being said, this is great to make frothy iced coffee (frappe style), just mix with a little stevia, water, ice and shake the hell out of it in a shaker. The caffeine and MCT oil keep me going until I enjoy a late lunch.Probably won't be buying again, though, because of the amount of uses you get versus the price.
