LipiX InstantEdge Ketogenic Coffee - 6.3 oz (Chocolate)

I think this is my first review on Amazon...Found this coffee while searching for keto recipes and info on best fats to have on the diet (MCT / coconut oil is the best, they say). I've been on a keto diet since last October. I love my coffee in the morning for work, and try to do what I can to make it easy. This...is easy. Instant coffee. Plus cocoa. Plus MCT oil. I pretty much just bought it to have delicious fatty chocolate coffee in the morning for work and barely read the label other than the ingredients and nutritional info.Well, first day I had it, I turned into a hard-working ticket-crunching machine at work. My productivity went through the ROOF. I was at lunch and already hit my quota for the day. O_OI checked out the label after I got home and read how it's all energy for the brain. Crazy how well it works. Not even kidding. Since I wasn't even aware of the "brain power" aspect, I can't even attribute it to a placebo effect. Not only that, but my productivity has continued the whole time I've been having this coffee.I like to have it in the morning with hot water + a couple tablespoons of heavy cream mixed in. It IS oily - let's not kid ourselves - but it's quite delicious for an instant coffee. On my weekends, I go back to my freshly ground French Press coffee, but find myself craving the creamy chocolaty goodness for my work day morning fuel.This stuff is worth it.The ONLY complaint I have is that the chocolate is barely noticeable, but the carbs would be bumped up unacceptably if it was more chocolaty.Oh...And it's out of stock. :(-T.

Really like this coffee+MCT blend but for the price it really doesn't last long. With two people each having one or two coffees a morning, it barely lasted over a week. That being said, this is great to make frothy iced coffee (frappe style), just mix with a little stevia, water, ice and shake the hell out of it in a shaker. The caffeine and MCT oil keep me going until I enjoy a late lunch.Probably won't be buying again, though, because of the amount of uses you get versus the price. I may just blend MCT oil with Nescafe instant coffee for the same effect going forward.

If you need instant coffee without the hassle of grinding or boiling water this is your new friend. With that being said, this is pretty expensive per serving. I've ordered the vanilla and chocolate flavors and cannot for the life of me taste the flavors.It's still an interesting product that gives me energy when I do not want to prepare coffee.

I don't have a lot of experience with freeze dried coffee, so I cannot make valid comparisons. Just on it's own merit, the flavor of the coffee is somewhere between burnt leather and hydrogen peroxide. Those are the two taste that I could think of combined that would equal this experience. Combined with a heaping scoop, or four of heavy cream and you will come up with something drinkable. On the positive side, it does give you a significant and prolonged boost.I intend to place some in a ziplock bag with lots of creamer and add to my hiking pack. It's a little disconcerting how quickly this stuff will eat through a Styrofoam cup though (Be sure to head the cautions on the label)!

It's quick and easy. The taste is so-so. It's very oily but it works. it's a two-fer. Now, I don't need to haul around my MCT oil to work...I may order the vanilla flavor next time.

I love this coffee! It has a great coffee flavor with the added chocolate - delicious! It is very easy to keep one at work and one at home!I cut the teaspoons to one instead of two, then I can have 2 cups! If your doing Keto then this is a great coffee!

quick and easy way to get a bump and stay keto. I work all shifts and this one help on those times when I need a bump to stay awake

I like the product and the flavor but unfortunately Amazon doesn't sell it anymore
