LipiX MCT Bars (Vanilla)

I have been consuming these bars for the past couple of weeks and in my opinion this product hits the spot on several points. If like me, you are worried about the rampant (mis)use of refined sugars, carbs and unpronounceable additives in your food, the MCT bar comes as a breath of fresh air. I recently moved towards rebalancing my diet and the MCT bars are a great help in making sure i stay on the correct diet track. The dense texture of the bars and the ingredients that go into making them lend itself to "feeling full" for all the right reasons. I closely examined the list of ingredients - it is impressive (and interesting) and does not read like something that was cooked up in a chem lab (as is the case with most so called "health products").I usually eat the bars after a strenuous workout or a late afternoon snack. When i eat the bars, i have noticed a noticeable reduction in the urge to snack.

MCT bar is unique in its own way, being a protein bar and yet so delicious. It is chewy, just the way I Like a bar to be. I was not aware much of MCT oil and its benefits before. This added advantage made this bar to score a 5 star fro me.
