Good idea!! But app needs a bit more work...
We've had this for about 2 months now. I got it to help my son stay focused and on task getting ready for school in the morning and doing chores. For the past two months we have had a very busy schedule with school and extracurricular activities. Having this was very handy. My nagging and impatience with getting everyone out the door did decrease. We bought the nightlight charger too, and my son always places the watch on it so we know where it is and it serves as an alarm clock. It's worth the extra $20 if for no other reason than an easy way to keep track of the watch when it's not being worn. The required app needs some work. It's slow and has to refresh for about a second every time you make a change. And I mean EVERY TIME. Every icon selection, time selection, etc. while on the same screen to add a single event or task long before syncing all changes with the watch. So, it took me probably 3 hours to program the app initially. But I put EVERYTHING on that schedule. Not "get ready for school." That's too vague for our situation. I input every TASK needed to get ready for school. I did not upgrade to the premium pack. I felt the basic package had enough icons for our needs. I recommend watching the tutorials when programming- they are very helpful. The watch does need software updating occasionally and there is no warning when this needs to happen. Basically, the watch just quits working- the home screen icon will appear but the time doesn't even show. This is fixed by syncing with the phone. Two days ago this happened in the middle of the night so the alarm clock did not work to wake my son up for school. I had just synched it the night before, so I'm not sure why it quit working this time. The watch is difficult to put on and take off. My son has to have an adult help him. But on the plus side, I know it's not going to get lost at school because he can't take it off. The screen edges have gotten pretty scratched up, but a six year old boy is wearing it...so I anticipated it was going to get banged up pretty fast. The screen is still readable and there are no cracks, just superficial "wear" scratches. The rubber strap is starting to peel; this is kind of annoying, but is not harming the integrity of the watch and I can always get a new band. The charge holds really well! We charge ours every night and we have not had the charge get low during the daytime at all. The notification vibrations are enough to get the attention of the wearer, but not really noticeable beyond a quiet buzzing sound to others in the room. Another reviewer mentioned the button being hard to push- my 6 year old and myself have not had any problems with this. Overall, I really love this idea- it has helped us out a lot. I think the manufacturer just needs to work on the app and minor glitch of the watch shutting down. I have recommended it to 2 friends already.

Great while it worked, but cheaply made and no help from Joy when it breaks.
I really like the idea of this watch, and my daughter was just starting to really “get” how to use it and do what it reminds her to do...And then, it broke. The band fell apart in less than 2 months, the screen was scratched after the first week to the point you can barely read it, and the charger stopped working. Joy offers a “limited warranty” of 30 days. Here are the complaints from my original review on this product (back when the watch was still usable):- It feels very cheap. The plastic band and buckle don’t seem like they will last long. For the cost of this watch, I expect something more durable.- The button is hard to push, even for an adult. My 5 year old has a hard time pushing it.- It comes pre-programmed with a whole day’s routine, none of which matches what we want to use it for. It was time consuming to remove everything.- It takes a lot of time to program. I would love a “copy this task” feature. We are using it for potty training, so we have multiple instances of the same task throughout the day.- You can only sync it by either pushing the button or putting the watch on the base. I was hoping we could add/remove tasks “on the fly” without her knowing, but that isn’t as easy as I hoped.Bottom line is that I feel completely duped. All the company needs to do is provide a screen protector (HELLO, these are little kids using these products!) and a more durable watch band option. They say you can replace it with “any standard 15mm watch band” - but I cannot find any watch bands that size! Standards are 14mm or 16mm.

If these items were to be addressed, I'd consider purchasing this watch or something similar.
The watch was very difficult to synchronize via Bluetooth. I'm not sure if it was the App needed to program it or the watch. There is only one button used to check off the schedule reminders, connect to Bluetooth, find emergency info., of which was not very durable. The watch is made for kid8s, and should have a hard plastic button (not soft silicone). I do have to commend Amazon. They were more than just helpful. We returned the watch after one week of trying to adapt it to my son's self-care routine. It was a little confusing to him, because it only shows icons. He is verbal and wants words to accompany the little pictures that pop up when the watch vibrates on his arm. If you fall behind in your attempt to do the tasks according to the schedule you have programmed, there is no option to adjust everything at once (i.e. your child (children) needs to make a bowel mvmt, he/she/they have a meltdown. This function or lack there of, proved to be frustrating to me and my child. Often, I wasn't able to get the app to connect to Bluetooth yielding to more frustration (especially when I wanted make a quick adjustment before my child went too school. Thank you to Amazon. They made the return process easy and I am very pleased with the way they handled themselves as a company. For this reason, I consider buying the watch again. Perhaps the watch I received just had issues. My son's therapist said, "I don't think any of my other kids (clients) or their parents have had any problems with their watch. Again, thank you Amazon

Good watch..but get a different band
Watch itself seems good. Concept is excellent......However - the band is awful. It is very small and so stiff that it is difficult to put on and take off. A soft silicone would have been a much better option. Also, it doesn't come with instructions on how to set up reminders in the app. Yet to look on the website for instructions, but it does require research 🤔

It's a good watch.
Overall the watch is great and my son loves it, unfortunately it was not advertised as small so when we received it the wristband was too small and it took me another 10 day from another seller to get a wrist band. You can only purchase these special wristbands in USA. Have never been able to contact the seller since I bought it?!

Awesome watch
My 5 yr old son has had this for a week now and this has stopped all fights to get him to brush his teeth and tidy up his toys. Every time a new 'job' comes up he gets so excited and does it immediately. I highly recommend this watch!!

Screen fell off
I was really excited to receive these for my autistic children to assist with their routine and reminders for medication ect. Really unfortunate that the screen fell off both watches after a week. $100 each for these watches to be returned.
