Mayes Level 11060 Magnetic Post Level

A dual position (horizontal & vertical) two sided level is a handy thing to have, and for about $7 this one seemed worth trying by online order. Turns out it's a good tool, made from flexible poly of some sort rather than brittle plastic. Mine came with bright yellow frame rather than the pictured grey, which is an added plus.The three bubble vials use greenish liquid so they're reasonably easy to read. Only negative is that the “elastic strap” in the description is a rubber band! No matter, the built-in notches to attach it to your work piece will allow a true strap to be used. The magnetic strips are there but didn't stick to the steel post I tried.All in all, it'll be a useful addition to my tool kit.

The level was amazing! Worked perfectly! Though a extra band would be nice as it broke after many, many posts! Would recommend to all as it is a great product.

works great. Make sure you have extra rubber bands handy. The one supplied doesn't last long.
