The desk was delived in 2 boxes, 1 for the tabletop and 1 for the base. Installation was fairly simple and the instructions were more than adequate. However, this desk can only be configured in 1 way. You can't switch the long and short sides, which was a bummer for me. For my setup I wanted the long side to be against the main wall with the short side hugging the side wall, but this wasn't possible. There also doesn't appear to be any way to purchase a L or R configuration, there's only 1 option. I has to opt for a different final placement for the desk than anticipated in my home office. It's not a deal breaker, but it is definitely an annoyance. Besides that, the desk is exactly what I was wanting it to be setup. A hole in the corner to help with cord management would have been nice too, but that's easy enough to do after the fact. I love how it looks, it feels sturdy for all my stuff, and the extra storage is nice too. Just wished they offered it in the flipped configuration.

This item has NO USER manual for the table and the riser on top. A ton of pieces with no direction. Everyone in videos claim it is easy to put together, HOW? I have looked online for the user manual, on the website of the company, and NOTHING. NO ONE USER MANUAL, NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I don't write many reviews, but after reading a few other reviews say that the product arrived damaged, I wanted to add my experience. First off, the desk showed up in two boxes and the delivery company driver was not taking it easy on them as he unloaded. When I went out to get them after he drove away, I saw a fairly large area of the edge on one box was torn/crushed and immediately feared for the worst. However, after bringing the boxes inside and examining all the parts, everything was in perfect condition. It's possible I was lucky and the damage to the box was in a spot with adequate protective packing material, but in any case the product was in excellent shape and I was relieved. Assembly took a couple hours but after that the height adjustment worked fine and it looks great. There were a few parts that weren't labeled but it wasn't too difficult to figure out where they went. The instructions could have used a little more clarification in some spots but they weren't too bad. I bought this desk because of the appearance and dimensions, and didn't really care about the height adjustment feature. I'm happy I picked this one.

I have been searching for a desk for my home office for a while. I have looked at so many, but almost every one I liked always had bad reviews. I then realized all of them do at some point, so I settled on this one. It took my 13 year old daughter and I roughly two hours to put it together, which I didn’t think was too bad. The worst part was all of the screws underneath at the end, they took some time. But for the most part, I would say instructions the are clear, everything was labeled and nothing was missing. There was however some damage to the boxes upon delivery and some of the boards do have some scuff marks and scratches on them. (Pics attached) It’s pretty cheap particle board with a slick type of finish on it so not surprised how easily it can get scratches. I just hope it doesn’t start to peel. I’m pleased with how high the desk can go as well. Hoping this one lasts a while. I’m giving 4 stars because of the scuffs and scratches that were already on the boards.

This desk is designed beautifully! Expect to dedicate some significant time and effort to assembly, but it is totally worth the price. Feels solid, looks great, and has great function in my apartment. The design choices are awesome, with new building methods i had never seen before. Everything was fabricated very well, fitting perfectly together. The instructions were super clear. Use hand tools only, dont over tighten, and take breaks and you will have it together in a night or two and keep it in good shape. 10/10
