Weichster 3/4 Snooker Cue Handmade Ash Walnut Wood Pool Cue Case Extension Set

Started to play snooker again after a 25yr gap with my best mate, lost my old cue years ago, played couple games with club cues, then thought lets get one ... first shook the prices .. wow .... £150 upwards (tbf my first one waas £50 40yrs ago) so as Amazon does, brings up loads of options, this one Amazon recommendation (had several recommended things which have always been gret) so read the write up, all good, only gripes maybe a bent cue on deleivery but replaced rapidly (which is Amazons way). So thought go for it.Wowwwww.... first off, Sunday, arrived exactly as promised and by a really nice pleasan lady delivery person. Packed really well and all in good condition, straight as a die, all went together sweetly and felt great. So today Thursday, off for our weekly challenge, laugh and general mess about (snooker on TV called pot black, we call our pot luck), got the cue out, chalked it up and played with tip for few minutes, first ball, long - middle to top pocket - straight in .... blue to follow - cut back - straight in .... red and another blue followed. What an opening. It felt comfortable, slid over hand really nice, weight slightly heavy for what I used in the club, but soon got to grips with that and found I could really plant some shots as the force transfer cue to ball was brilliant, even attempted a couple of screw shots, not all went down like many shots, but compared to the previous 8 weeks on club cues, scores and break counts certainly gone up. Really happy with. The extensions worked on the on odd occassion when needed, they don't quite give you full table length so need the long range stuff from under the table, but for most shots, long enough.Nicely balanced, exceptionally well made, brass connections, seems a great tip to, carry box, really nicely made and will keep all the bits exactly flat and protected.So glad I read the reviews and trusted in Amazon and their reviews.Value for money exceptional ..... well pleased and looking forward to years of fun.

Even setting the price aside, the cue is of a superb quality, and feels exactly the same as my other £90-odd cue. The ash wood is dense and has a nice grain, and the cue has a great balance thanks to the high-quality walnut butt. The butt has been spliced by-hand, and the decorative veneers on the butt have been applied superbly, also by-hand. My cue was not warped, although this may be down to luck. 10/10 overall.The cue was delivered quickly (Prime!), snd came in a high-quality leather-effect case, wrapped in bubble wrap, and inside a ‘Weicester’ branded cardboard box. All of the components in the case were also individually wrapped. 10/10 for packaging and delivery.The only downside is that the cue tip will need some shaping before use.

The recipient is still getting used to the new cue but is very impressed with how it feels and plays, how beautifully it looks and how well it was made. The century break remains elusive so far though.Seriously though, the cue arrived exactly according to the predicted schedule and turned out to be exactly what we hoped for.

The presentation of the cue (The case) is lovely and that's before I have even opened it! The cue itself has a lovely smooth feel to it, which means that is has been professionally made and isn't a cheap rip-off. The extensions fit beautifully, the cue has a very nice weight to it and the aesthetics are amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in snooker, whether that be a new player interested in starting out, or a veteran looking for a new cue. It is very sturdy, I do believe you will not need to buy another queue after this one :D

I oordered my cue first thing on the Wednesday morning and it was delivered the very next day.It came well protected packaging, when I unwrapped it I found the cue in a well made & good looking case which I would of paid £20 for on its own.The cue itself is well made & feels really well balanced. It really does feel nice to use for either pool or snooker.The extension & mini butt is good value for the money so I would definitely recommend it if your looking for a good cue, case, mini butt & extension for the money.

Nice looking cue for the money and a well made nice sturdy case, however the cue seems to be a lot lighter than what is quoted ? I’m used to a heavier cue..The shaft leading to the tip is thicker and wider than your average cue which I previously used (takes some getting used to) and the tip will need to be replaced as the one it comes with is too hard .. if your new to the game this cue May suit you.

The cue is very good quality for the price. Case is also very good and well made. Cue is straight, it is straight and feels smooth too. If you like to tinker with tips you may have to adjust it to your liking otherwise a good few hours and good chalking will formulate the tip you need to play. Very good value I wouldn’t hesitate. Almost as good as a £100+ cue.

I had this fabulous Weinchester 3/4 cue delivered yesturday it was that well packaged I thought it was going to take me till the end of the pandemic to open the packaging which is a good thing stopping it been damaged whilst in transit.Delivery was fast from order time & date recieved within 24 hours you go Amazon.As for the product it is bang on cue case feels & looks glories.It does not appear to be warped it looks straight as a dime, feels smooth as a babies bottom & the weight is very well balanced even with the extension attached.I have yet to test drive this cue but if it plays as good as it looks then it's a no brainer.I just have one tip for you which is I will properly change my tip. It is pretty standard when you purchase a new cue why on earth the manufacturers can't put a decent tips on the fabulace cues they make is beyond me.In the short of it all I give this cue a 9.5/10 knocked of half a mark because of the tip not been perfect but still more than playable.
