After a couple days use, I'm impressed by this Danish toothpaste and it's just like any other but with all the latest science backed benefits. It is a smooth consistency (not gritty at all) - see photo, it has a mint flavour just like any other regular toothpaste and it DOES foam a bit so again is like any other toothpaste. I really think the formula of this is spot on. The key benefits of this are that it increases the health of your oral microbiome - after 14 weeks of use (according to research) it increases the healthy bacteria and decreases the number of bad bacteria in your mouth (using twice a day). There are other studies that support this. It contains natural antibacterial enzymes and proteins to clean your teeth. It is definitely free of SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) which supposedly creates foam but this is not on the ingredient list. It does contain fluride which you need for your teeth. The packaging is made up of 60% bioplastics.
