I am a 50 year old premenopausal woman that has been keto adapted for 6 months. That being said I am always low on energy, always hungry and needing something to get me out of this slump I have found myself in. Before I gave a review on this product I wanted to give it a good two months so I could truly see what it could do for me. So first off the taste is amazing once mixed in ice cold water. I do 1/2 a packet in the morning when I am IF it helps stave off hunger and then I will mix the other 1/2 in another bottle of ice cold water before I go to the gym that evening. It gives me that extra punch of energy to get through my bodypump class! I have so much energy afterward that I have to be careful how late I take it!I used it to get me back into ketosis when I had gone over on my carbs while on vacation and didn’t experience the “keto flu” symptoms I have had before so that was a plus!Overall it is a great addition to my diet and the convenience of individual packets will keep me buying this product.

This stuff is absolutely horrid. It looked fine when it arrived and even had it's tamper seal in tact but the moment we opened it, the entire room smelled like vomit. More than half the powder sticks where popped or torn. The entire jar just smelled horrible and was covered in the dust. Against our better judgement we found a sealed one among all the open ones and decided to try it. WOW what a mistake that was. This stuff smelled nice once it was mixed and was even slightly sweet but it leaves a horrible after taste and smell in your nose. It also burns your throat! It's so pungent I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but I'm not sure if our product was just too old or uncared for or if it really just is like this.

Product is exactly as described!Made me feel amazing, gave me focus and energy without that crash! Have been doing keto lifestyle for about two years and this is by far the best keto supplement I've had (and I've tried a bulk of them). Others had way to much salt and made me feel bloated- this just gives me a pep and boost my ketones- at least on my test strips.I'm down about 4lbs in 10 days and very rarely feel hungry.In a nutshell:Pros:-Appetite Suppressant-Mental Focus-Stamina-No Crash-Better Mood-Taste is decent for a supplementCons:-A bit pricey (you do get what you pay for but still...)-The powder smells like legitimate vomit. The smell is just in the powder, not after you mixedTop Notch tells the truth in their advertising and is one of the first times I haven't felt tricked or duped into trying something- the best part is they have science on their side. I've recently bought two of their other products to complement this one.

There seems to be mixed reviews on the odor and taste of this product. If you smell it before it has been mixed, the powder smells like - well, there really isn't any nice way to put it - butt. Not just any butt, but Florida swamp-butt. It's awful and gag-worthy. Even worse, if you get any of this powder on your hand, your hand will also take on that very unpleasant odor, and it is strong enough for others nearby to smell. However, once mixed with a full 10oz of water, it tastes tarty and fruity and the bad odor is gone. It's not a bad taste, but it is difficult to get over that initial impression.I was really excited about the individual serving packets because I thought these would be great to take to work. I have been measuring out my other supplement and taking it in a tupperware container. I thought this would be more convenient. Unfortunaly, due to the smell of this before mixing, I've only been using it at home. The smell is awful and I cannot risk not being able to wash my hands immediately nor the possibility of spilling it on myself or work place.Final review 3.5* for taste (once mixed), 5* for convenience (if I could use it at work), and 1* due to the odor = 3 stars out of 5.

I really liked these exogenous ketones. The berry lemonade flavor is really good. Mixed really easily in water. Had great energy without feeling jittery at all. Easy on my stomach too. No unpleasant side effects like with some other ketones I’ve used. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather then 5 was for the sweetness. A bit too sweet for my liking, but very palatable. After trying several different exogenous ketones on the market I would say this is by far one of the best tasting. I will be buying again in the future!

This product just wow’s me! Stuff happens and sometimes I fall out of ketosis—but keto magic helps so much to kick me right back into ketosis. Brain fog, gone; Joint pain, gone; Energy and mood, back up— Like a good friend that helps me get back up and back on track! Plus, this is just an incredible pre-workout drink. It makes me feel like a powerhouse of energy and endurance! I’m 54 and it amazes me the difference between a workout without keto magic as compared to a workout after keto magic. It almost feels like cheating, but it’s not—it’s your body performing optimally, burning the superior energy source of ketones the way God designed it to! Even well after my workout, I’m still feeling good, I don’t get crazy hungry, and I notice that my appetite is suppressed.This berry lemonade flavor is actually pretty good—hands down better than the previous tropical punch flavor —and no tummy issues with this new flavor and formula. As suggested, it tastes better when mixed with chilled water (don’t know why, but it does), and to my taste it’s better with a little less water. The smell is definitely very much improved over the previous formulation. Top Notch Nutrition has definitely upped their game. These folks are truly committed to excellence in their products.
