Chilli Hot Sauce Making Kit - Naga Bhut Jolokia (Ghost)

Update August 2018: Well, it's 8 months since I made this sauce (and the Carolina Reaper version) and we're all out now, so have just placed another order. It's brilliant, I can highly recommend it and it's definitely worth more than 5 stars.Original review January 2018: I bought my son the Carolina Reaper version of this sauce for Christmas and he loved it.So, also being in to hot sauces, I then bought the Naga pepper version for myself, which will allow us to check out the differences.The item arrived within 48 hours, the process of following the recipe and making the sauce was very straightforward (best to close the kitchen door and open the windows though, as boiling the chillies in the cider vinegar can bring tears to the eyes) and the overall results were most impressive.I now make myself a slice of toast in the morning, spread the hot toast with butter and then blend a knife-full of sauce into the melted butter. Absolutely lovely.Flavour-wise 10/10 - I love it. Heat-wise, also 10/10 as it sets the mouth tingling and leaves you with a warm glow.I'd recommend it to anyone who likes hot sauces and would like to try making it themselves. It has certainly given the confidence to do it again and also a few ideas for varying the recipe.I'd even say it's suitable for someone who likes a bit of heat, but may not be keen to try out the hottest available.

Update August 2018: Having run out of the Carolina Reaper and Naga Bhut Chilli versions of this sauce (6 bottles in 8 months). I've just placed another order. Although fairly expensive this stuff is absolutely sensational. I even have it in Cup-a-Soup, or on my morning slice of toast. Easily 5 stars, although it deserves more.Original Review (Jan 2018): Bought this as a Christmas present for my son, he made the sauce 2 days ago and has reported that it tastes great. I've now bought one for myself..
