Slip your foot onto the smooth top cloth and give your feet the comfort they need. Directions:The orthotics are marked with a (foot image) in the left Orthotic. Position orthotic in shoe so that the elevated arch rests against the inside edge of your shoe. Give the orthotics a test drive by wearing them for an hour. If you find them slipping in your shoes, use the glue dots that are provided. Replace every 6 months for optimal comfort and support.

Not a women’s size
I have a size 10 foot my son a size 3 this is a women’s 6 to 10 . It is 3 inches to short for him. This is not a woman’s incert maybe a toddlers

Helps heel pain
I like them a lot. I was having heel pain and with these in my shoes the pain is gone. I will definitely get another set in the future.

Horrible Item
Horrible. I ordered the correct sizing and yet they were two inches smaller. The padding was inferior. Do not purchase this item.

Waste of money
They say this works for women size 10, not at all. works for a size 5 child's shoe. Waste of money! They are thin with small 'bumps' on the heal and near arch; noted for a size 5 child size shoe.
