Great arm workout!
This product offers a simple arm workout that targets all of the areas that you need to have arms to be proud of. It's very lightweight and easy to use, but strong at the same time. The hand gloves offer you control so that you can maneuver the bands to your strength and advantage. I carry it with me wherever I go.

Stretch bands
Take these on your next walk and just pull and stretch band.I’m short so I had to put a knot in the band to make the length shorter.

Band just broke. Cheaply made.

Faulty band
The media could not be loaded. Product received but once side of the band connected completely wrong . Quality is good . Band is very good but finishing of the product is done without final check I believe !Contacted the seller waiting for the respond . I’m an overseas buyer . This makes the return is not possible .

Great evolution of the resistance band
Another great piece from Pvolve. Compared to a regular resistance band, this glove design gives you more control, it's more secure, and your workout isn't limited by your hand strength. I use this with other equipment from their kit and stream their videos, and it's crazy how effective this is for a simple, affordable home routine.

Great Idea!
I do a lot of cardio, but not much strength training, so when I saw these, I thought I'd give them a try. I just love them! I can't do it for a super long time, or pull as far as I could because you can darn feel it. I do the 11 min workout that is on YouTube and that's sufficient. I did get a 15 day free access to their website, but the workout was too long for me. And I don't have the equipment for some of the others. I'm happy with what I'm doing and the results are yet to be seen.

This comes with no instruction and it’s really hard to use , not very stretchy . Hurt my neck .
