This little device is pretty cool! It is easy to set up and use. I'm sure the day is coming when my overactive grandson sticks something in his ear and I'll be prepared to take a look! My only complaint is that it doesn't work with the iPhone, but that wasn't a big deal since I could just plug it into my laptop. My family is easily entertained and can now enjoy viewing one another's ears!Since my grandson is homeschooled, he will also be able to use this to examine bugs, plants, and numerous other items he is studying about. If you have an android phone, it would be really cool to use on nature walks. I can see where this device will be used fairly often, especially since it has such a clear picture!

I went to download/run the app or whatever it is on my computer and my spyware is saying this is not a secure site...So now what should I do. ??

Couldn't get it to work. Followed the limited instructions. I have a Note 8 so it has the right system specified. Then nothing happened. The App did not auto start like directions started it would when I plugged it in. No light came on. Even tried it on my friend's phone which is different than mine.

Can’t tell what’s the top of the camera. Had to scratch a mark in the wand. The attachments do not fit or stay in place. It’s VERY hard to work yourself if your looking into your ears. I get frustrated every time because none of the attachments work to help guide the wand.

A little trouble to set up BUT once I got it, I love it!It is so easy to use. Several of the office persons where I work were sointerested as well. The picture is clear.

DOA. Tried everything, wouldn't even turn on. No response: tablet, PC, phone.

This is great. It connects to a phone or computer and allows you to use the camera in small spaces. I can see down the kitchen sink with this.
