Looks and performs great once installed
The glazed front makes a big difference to the heat retention in the room. I would recommend it had no issues in getting it installed either. I had an open fronted fire and it was a waste of money all the heat went up the flue.

Would recommend
My only complaint would be the location of the switch you have to take off the bottom piece in order to reach it. Otherwise it's very good, make sure you use a CORGI fitter you can't do this yourself. I was quoted£1000 for the same fire plus fitting. We ended up paying less than half all told.

Lovely gas flame fire, very high heat output
Really nice looking fire, with a tremendous heat output even on low setting. Very pleased with it. Had an ignition problem which was dealt with very efficiently with parts posted within days. Due to other pressures I haven't had someone out to replace part, but excellent service from this company and a lovely productLater... part supplied to be fitted looks quite a bit different to that installed, despite sending photos to Focalpoint, and 2 visits by a local installer. Fire now in bits awaiting someone from Birmingham employed by Focal point to call in September - not very impressed with this fiasco
