Chef Knife 8 inches Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife with Ergonomics Wood Grain Handle, Damascus Pattern Blade and Gift Box

For the price, this knife is awesome. It comes very sharp out of the box, feels great in hand, and looks amazing. The box it comes in is awesome... although the one unfortunate thing about it, is that when I tried to take off the price sticker on the back, it peeled off some of the box. Not a big deal to me since I just care about the quality of the knife itself. I use this knife to cut my cocktail garnishes at work. I’m a bartender so an appropriate chefs knife is a must. I can definitely rock out some super thin lime wheels that will float on top of a cocktail with ease. It is a bit long but I knew what I was getting into. Overall, very happy with this knife.

I received this knife and immediately put it to work at a catering event. It was good for an hour, but subsequently I found it to have kinks in the blade. Upon emailing Mr. David Lee at Hoichow, he promptly addressed the issue, and they have sent me a brand new knife, free of defect. This is an honorable and professional company with excellent merchandise.

Fake Damascus finish . The blade is good enough , but it’s not a Damascus blade

Got it as a birthday gift. It is really sharp, making trimming fat off meat a breeze. I cook daily, so it gets used. It's as sharp as my other knives, but those I have to sharpen occasionally. It also looks good.
